About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Cordova Decor website or order from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm availability, glaze options and price, and email you an order link.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we've sent a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to anything.
Custom tiles
Custom tiles designed in our tile studio have a minimum order of 12 and take 3–4 weeks. The on-screen preview is a guide. Hand-painted tiles vary slightly, and we'll email photos before firing.
Handmade pieces
Our terracotta is hand-thrown and wood-fired, our tiles are painted by hand and our lanterns are hand-pierced, so small variations in colour, shape and finish are natural.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Pieces are made in small batches, so availability is only guaranteed once your order is confirmed. Trade pricing is quoted separately.
Returns and exchanges
Please see Shipping & Returns. We'll explain the options for your specific order when we confirm it.
Our content
Cordova Decor designs, tile patterns, logos and text belong to Cordova Decor. Photography is used under the Unsplash licence. Content may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
