What we collect
We only collect what you choose to share. When you send an enquiry, join our cartas or email us, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- The piece or tile design you're interested in, quantities and your message
- Details needed to complete an order, such as your delivery address
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm availability
- To paint custom tiles and send you photos before firing
- To send you an order link and deliver your order
- To send our cartas del patio, only if you've signed up
We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only when needed to serve you: our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), payment providers and delivery partners, each only for completing your order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details only as long as needed to look after your order and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and unsubscribe from our cartas whenever you like. Email hola@cordovadecor.com.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The tile studio works entirely in your browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address.
