How delivery works
Because every order starts with a conversation, we confirm the delivery method, cost and estimated arrival with you before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Packing
Terracotta, tiles and lantern glass are wrapped individually and packed in protective, recycled materials.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location, the weight of your order and chosen delivery speed, and are shown in your order link before you pay.
International orders
We ship worldwide where we can. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are usually paid by the recipient.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, email hola@cordovadecor.com with your name and order details, and we'll explain the options for your order. Custom tiles are painted to order, so they can't be returned unless faulty.
Breakages
If anything arrives chipped or broken, send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we'll replace it.
